Intermediate Program Analyst
Remote
Grant Leading Technology (GLT) is seeking a self-motivated candidate for an Intermediate Program Analyst. The successful candidate will provide program and project management support. We are looking for a candidate who has strong problem solving and critical thinking skills who will fit with our collaborative culture.
The position will be remote, and the hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30 EST.
Responsibilities
- Project Documentation and Communication Management:
- Lead project management efforts, including developing, reviewing, and maintaining project scopes, schedules, budgets, and requirements documents
- Prepare and update project status presentations, briefings, and communication management plans
- Track and document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions, and ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate responses to status requests and assist with approvals as needed
- Utilize collaboration sites to manage project documents and maintain up-to-date team content
- Stakeholder and Team Coordination:
- Manage stakeholder communication processes, including coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups
- Develop and manage risk registers, change management plans, and task logs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and reporting
- Assist in the research and implementation of best practices and tools to enhance IT governance
- Process Improvement and Reporting:
- Conduct business process reengineering analysis and recommend operational changes to boost efficiency
- Develop Input Controls Output Mechanisms (ICOM) diagrams and assist in developing reports and operating procedures
- Track action items through completion and provide timely status updates to leadership
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as email correspondence, composing memos, and maintaining records
- Support the development of project documentation, including statements of work, risk management plans, and cost estimates
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business or related field
- Four (4) to Eight (8) years of related project management or program analyst experience required
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Visio
- Prior experience working in SharePoint.
- High level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
- US resident with an ability to pass public trust clearance
- Occasional travel required
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
- Construction knowledge
- Commercial furniture design, procurement, and management experience
- Federal government experience
- PowerBI development experience
