Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Nuvolo Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Nuvolo-based solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your technical expertise and ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective solutions will be essential to the success of our projects.
This position will be remote, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Nuvolo-based solutions that align with client business needs and goals. Ensure that these solutions are scalable, efficient, and future-proof.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system architecture for Nuvolo solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Nuvolo solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems, and managing configurations, customizations, and data migrations.
- Customize Nuvolo applications and workflows to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience. Continuously optimize solutions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Nuvolo applications, integrations, workflows, and configurations. Identify root causes of problems and implement timely solutions to minimize client disruptions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and implementation teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture designs, implementation guides, and user manuals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Nuvolo Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Ten (10) years of experience in IT solutions architecture, with a focus on implementing and customizing enterprise applications like Nuvolo.
- Five (5) years’ experience with Nuvolo platform implementations, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Proficiency in the Nuvolo platform and its applications, especially in asset management, facilities management, and operations management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM frameworks.
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Nuvolo applications, integrations, and configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills
- Federal Government experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must live in the United States and be willing to work East Coast hours
- Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules and ITSM/ITIL frameworks.
- ServiceNow Certification
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience in the integration of third-party applications with Nuvolo or ServiceNow.
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
