Position Summary
Grant’s Farm is looking to hire a talented and motivated Events Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. This person will be responsible for all parts of event preparations and execution, such as client, internal coordination, and vendor relationships, menu approvals, developing seating and decor plans, scheduling a team, and evaluating success afterward. The successful person in this role will be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.
Essential Job Duties
- Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event matches and coordinates with internal teams to ensure we can execute
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain event budgets and work with vendors regarding payments and follow ups.
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
- Schedule and lead a team for event execution.
- Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure the execution of flawless events
- As a member of a leadership team this person would participate in Manager on Duty shifts
- Other duties as assigned.
