Granville Center, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Granville, NY, is seeking a qualified Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Take care of a resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Maintain residents' space clean and tidy
- Transport residents within the facility
- Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
