What You’ll Do:
- Case Management Mastery: Take charge of all aspects of case management for Child Support Services. This includes initiating, preparing, organizing, and enforcing Child Support orders within our Child Support Enforcement (IV-D) program.
- Courtroom Heroics: Dive into in-depth investigations and prepare cases for court. Work closely with agency attorneys and take an active role in the courtroom.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation and reports. Your precision helps drive the success of our program!
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledgeable: You have a thorough understanding of the Child Support Enforcement Program and relevant legal procedures.
- Skilled Investigator: You excel at interviewing clients, absent parents, and related sources. Your analytical skills help you organize and summarize complex case information.
- Collaborative Communicator: You can establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, court officials, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree plus 6 months of relevant experience; or Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the role effectively.
