About the Role
This is a 13-week travel nursing opportunity that requires the ideal candidate to have excellent leadership skills and experience in nursing management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement
