GrapeTree Medical Staffing LTC is a leading provider of 24/7 staffing solutions to healthcare communities. We take pride in offering high-quality, experienced CNAs, STNAs, LPNs, and RNs in 8-13 week travel contracts in nursing homes, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities across the midwestern US.
Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care Nurse for a travel job opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric patients and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The selected candidate will work on 9 hour shifts, days, and will be employed as a Travel LPN. The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients
- Assess and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
