About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN/LVN to join our team of healthcare professionals in Orono, Maine. This is a travel position with a 13-week duration, working 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals
Requirements:
- Licenses: LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or related field
