We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Grapevine Ford. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the dealership's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales staff to maximize their potential.
- Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries from prospective customers to convert them into sales.
- Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up to date, and that all transactions comply with dealership policies and regulations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a strong customer relationship by resolving any issues and providing exceptional customer service..
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and team members.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other sales management tools.
