Accounting Clerk duties and responsibilities include a high level of billing, reconciling and job costing payables, and account receivable collections. Previous experience in billing, collections, and QuickBooks Enterprise would be an advantage. A successful accounting clerk should also have experience with various office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and handle administrative duties accurately. Ultimately, the Accounting Clerk should ensure a smooth billing process and help improve company procedures and day-to-day accounting operations.

- Familiarities with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Accounts Receivables/Payables will be a plus
