- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Guide visitors to the correct individual and department.
- Screen, answer, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all required stationery and materials, such as pens, forms, and brochures, are readily available.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Procure front office supplies and maintain an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations and create vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Post Accounts Payables.
- Reviewing timecards and processing payroll.
