Job Description
We are seeking an ideal candidate to join our team from August through mid-November, working alongside our experienced winemakers at Grapewagon Custom Crush / Wines By James MacPhail.
About Our Winery
Our small, family-owned winery is located just 2 miles outside the town of Healdsburg, CA. We partner with top ultra-premium and premium producers in California.
Among our in-house wine brands, over 20 different varietals have been handcrafted during harvest. Quality is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with winemakers to gain a deep understanding of ultra-premium winemaking processes.
- Be intimately involved in every aspect of production, from harvesting to completion of Harvest 2025.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to strict quality control standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a winery or harvest environment.
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a small team and adapt to flexible harvest hours.
