Senior Manufacturing Manager Position
The Sr. Manufacturing Manager (Superintendent) will oversee paper machine operations, directing Assistant Superintendents and OMC staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and directing production operations in a safe and orderly manner, providing quality products according to job schedules and customer specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and adhering to permit requirements.
- Leading cost savings initiatives through operational improvements.
- Developing and administering material and labor usage.
- Liaising with other department managers to optimize mill production.
We seek a seasoned professional with 5 years of paper machine experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma principles. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
