We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrative Sales Associate to join our team. This position focuses on (but is not limited to) providing customer service, administrative tasks, and contributing to the sales process. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and sales, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Essential skills we are looking for:

Key responsibilities:
- Customer service - helping customers develop their ideas into tangible results, assisting with walk-ins and pickups, responding to emails, answering phones
- Order management – handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, updating order details, collaborating with artwork & production teams to ensure order accuracy, preparing orders for production, overseeing production schedules
- Administrative tasks – digital filing, data entry, scheduling consultations, tracking inventory
- Sales - identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products / services, leads & follow-ups
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Understanding of CRM software / sales management tools
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques and customer relationship management
