We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Project Manager to handle key responsibilities. The role requires strong management skills, multitasking abilities, and effective communication.

• Day to day Project Management for developing artists
• Scheduling weekly zooms with your clients and daily communication
• Daily management includes content schedules, roll out schedules, and uploading releases to distribution
• Provide creative input and direction on artist’s material music
• Attend your client’s live shows at showcases, concerts, and other venues
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and all, including sound trends, user behavior, and the ability to spot trending sounds
• Schedule A&R listening sessions and strategize for releases, A&R Strategy
• A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to integrate sounds seamlessly into campaigns to drive user participation and brand recognition
• Strong communication to collaborate with artists, designers, and influencers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Develop and execute comprehensive music marketing strategies, considering the unique attributes of each client’s brand and target audience
• Oversee the creation of engaging content, including short-form videos, social media posts, and other multimedia assets

• $55,000 per year (with yearly evaluations and potential increase)

• Must be based in Los Angeles
• 2 year of music business experience required
• Social Media knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree required in Music, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A proactive, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to detail and spotting potential issues is key
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to work independently but be a team player and flexible
