What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Grass Master Lawnscapes?
GrassMaster Lawnscapes LLC is looking for an excited and passionate landscape and lawncare laborer to join our team. If you have a passion for working in the outdoors, we're looking for you.
Qualifications:
- Basic pruning and landscape maintenance knowledge
- Basic lawncare knowledge
- Ability to operate equipment and tools in a safe manner
- Effective communication
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch, and lift 50lbs. repeatedly.
- 2 years related experience preferred but we're willing to train the right individual
Core Responsibilities:
- Basic landscaping and maintenance services such as installation and maintenance of plants
- Basic lawn care services such as mowing, weed whipping, and required clean up
- Operate basic lawncare and landscaping equipment and tools
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials, tools and equipment daily.
Work Conditions:
- Fast paced
- Outdoors in various weather conditions
- Occasional weekend work may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Saint Johns, MI 48879: Relocate before starting work (Required)
