Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as Shrub Trimming, Mulching, Weeding, Tree Work.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Care for trees and shrubs by pruning, watering, and applying fertilizers as needed.
- Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance of tools.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment effectively.
- Experience in lawn care practices including mowing and fertilization techniques.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance tasks such as tree care and irrigation systems.
- Ability to build hardscape features with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
