Office manager/Bookkeeper: duties include:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Financial record keeping company wide, including accounts payable/receivables, payroll, data entry, billing/invoicing, reconciling accounts, preparation/submission of tax documents, banking, etc.
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls, communicate with clients in person, and via phone/email, scheduling sales staff, preparing documents, administer company retirement plan, etc.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with and understanding of basic accounting principles required along with knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting program.
Experience creating documents with word/excel, submitting reports/documents in a timely fashion, ensuring tax compliance.
Attention to detail, ability to ensure smooth operation of business functions.
Ability to provide excellent customer service in person and via email/phone communication.
Our workload varies seasonally. Position is full time with generally lesser hours and great flexibility November-February.
Minimum pay: 16$/hour
