- Championing Compliance and Organization: Maintain accurate records and documentation, from attendance and disciplinary actions to FMLA, leave of absence, and I-9 compliance. Your attention to detail will ensure we’re always aligned with regulations and best practices.
- Building Our Team: Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates who bring the skills, passion, and dedication to move our company forward. Collaborate with managers to identify talent that fits our culture and vision.
- Guiding Employee Journeys: You’ll maintain and improve our orientation and new hire integration programs to give new hires the best possible start.
- Supporting Employee Relations: Be a trusted resource for employees, fostering a positive work environment through clear policies, meaningful training, and ongoing support. Help mediate disputes, handle disciplinary matters, and address concerns with empathy and fairness.
