Pastry Chef

Grateful Bread Company is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our bakery team creating all-natural pastries made with no chemicals or preservatives. The position is full-time, Tues through Sat. The Pastry Chef is responsible for maintaining current pastry production as well as research and development for new and unique retail specials. This position requires self-management skills as it’s primarily a self-driven station. The Pastry Chef must be able to work Saturdays.

We need someone who:

• has more than a year of experience as a retail or restaurant pastry chef
• can self-manage their time
• can curate pastry specials regularly
• excels in a fast-paced environment
• is routine-oriented, with the ability to adapt
• understands and operates with a clean and organized mise en place
• is ServeSafe certified
