Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Microphone, Public Speaking and/or stage presence preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Detail oriented and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Flexible schedule - must work all events.
8. Ability to multi-task and meet hard deadlines.
9. Works well independently, as well as with a team.
10. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
1. May require prolonged standing. Requires bending, stooping, and reaching from floor level. Requires crawling in attic areas and climbing ladders and stairs. May require lifting, transporting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 75 pounds with or without assistance.
2. Requires hand/eye coordination and depth perception.
3. Requires the physical ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
4. Willing to meet the 24-hour demands of a successful Hotel-Casino operation. Available for all shifts
and hours to support live entertainment events.

Job Description
Position Summary:
The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and administering
headline and lounge entertainment programs with the purpose of creating the best possible guest
entertainment experience.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and
promoting our values.
2. Coordinate usher program and labor needs for show execution.
3. Build events in ticketing systems and assist with printing and distribution.
4. Create and maintain BEO's for all entertainment.
5. Maintain and update Marketing Distribution List, Entertainment calendar and any other administrative needs / marketing needs.
6. Assist with entertainment venue (including ticket sales and registration, seating guests, fulfilling
requests by entertainers and guest services).
7. Build and maintain relationships across the business to coordinate Entertainment needs.
8. Maintaining green room, keep supplied and organized.
9. Other duties as assigned.
