Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must develop a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications and garnishing.
3. Have thorough knowledge of floor plan.
4. Must have a thorough knowledge of focal point service and guest position number sequence.
5. Must have thorough knowledge of all service standards commensurate with the servers' position.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with servers to time orders.
7. Must develop a comprehensive knowledge of line stations and corresponding food execution for food pick up.
8. Ability to perform side service functions as required by menu items.
9. Must be able to obtain Gaming License in California, Health Card, and Responsible Beverage Service Certification. Must keep all current required work cards on your person during your shift.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to stand for duration of shift, bend and reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance.
3. Hand/eye coordination and the ability to use sensory faculties.

Job Description
Position Summary:
Coordinates food orders from servers at kitchen line and effectively picks up and serves items ordered to each guest by seat. Also performs at side service functions as required. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
3. Have knowledge of venue floorplan. Know all seat and table numbers.
4. Behave in a positive, professional manner.
5. Practice and observe safety rules and regulation and comply with Health Standards.
6. Know where the SDS booklet is located for your area.
7. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
8. Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
9. Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
10. Be familiar with the menu and the preparation of menu items.
11. Deliver food orders quickly and accurately in a timely manner.
12. Collect and dispose of all used dishware, utensils, towels, and other service items.
13. Complete assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.
14. Maintain cleanliness and ensure that supplies in outlet areas are well stocked.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.
