What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Receptionist position at Graton Resort & Casino?
Position Summary :
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions :
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Guests and Team Members.
3. Greet all Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Greet each Guest by name, when established.
5. Responsible for booking all spa and salon appointments accurately.
6. Call back Guests to confirm appointments.
7. Keep desk area, spa reception area and lobby clean and organized.
8. Complete all necessary opening and closing duties.
9. Must be knowledgeable regarding all retail items and be able to explain them in detail.

10. Answer all phone inquiries according to standards.
11. Give Guests tours of the spa and explain all amenities in detail.
12. Must complete all training courses as specified by management.
13. Offer each spa and salon Guest a beverage while they are waiting for their appointment.
14. Must input information accurately into the spa booking system.
15. Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa and salon treatments and be able to explain them in detail to Guests.
Required Qualifications :
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service state certification.
3. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
4. Minimum one (1) year customer service required, hotel industry preferred.
Physical Requirements :
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
3. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
