What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Floor Supervisor position at GRATON RESORT & CASINO?
Position Summary:
Oversees table games and Team Members to ensure the safety, integrity, security and Company and regulatory policies/procedures of the above are withheld. Supervises, coaches and supports dealers. Maintains superior guest service by identifying, cultivating, and improving the established player base, working towards a positive Company image whenever possible.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Knowledge of all aspects of the game supervised.
3. Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
4. Ensure compliance with Company and department policies and procedures.
5. Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
6. Train and mentor all Team Members to ensure service standards are met and to championship future growth.
7. Complete player play evaluation sheet.
8. Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor.
9. Maintain correct player ratings in the Table Games System.
10. Ensure the integrity of the games in assigned section.
11. Signup un-carded players into Rewards Program.
