About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing to develop, implement, and execute strategies to drive online traffic, optimize conversion rates, support customers, and increase sales through Gratz Pilates.com.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and who has a deep understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, copy that converts, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the e-commerce platform (Shopify)
- Utilize Shopify to enhance site functionality, performance, and stability. Manage site day-to-day as well as lead any future platform enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of third-party tools, while continuously refining customer experience.
- Develop, implement, analyze comprehensive ecommerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. Lead efforts to optimize conversion rates and revenue through A/B testing, data analysis, and user experience improvements.
- Work with teammates to implement and optimize campaigns across channels, including blogs, social media, search engine optimization, email, podcast, and affiliate programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent collaboration, communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Extensive experience in Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus development, including Liquid programming, custom app development, and API integrations.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO/SEM, UX/UI, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer and business needs and how best to address them with Shopify.
- Familiarity with GDPR and Accessibility rules and guidelines.
