Responsibilities:
As our F&I Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and assessing customer financing needs to present tailored payment options.
- Introducing customers to valuable products such as service contracts, GAP Insurance, Key Protection, T&W Protection, etc.
- Preparing and finalizing paperwork for financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner, strengthening our lender relationships.
- Achieving monthly goals for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager with a strong performance history.
- Exceptional customer satisfaction index (CSI) ratings.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
