What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Events Manager position at Gravity Haus?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to lead the engagement and success of our membership community in Aspen. This role is responsible for creating exceptional member experiences, organizing engaging programming, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will drive member retention and satisfaction by curating meaningful events, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the club remains a welcoming and enriching space for all members.
What You’ll Do
Member Engagement & Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Regularly communicate with members to gather feedback and address concerns proactively.
- Build strong relationships with and between members to foster a welcoming and connected community.
Event Planning & Programming
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of member events, activities, and experiences that foster community and enhance member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with club teams to ensure seamless execution of social gatherings, wellness programs, educational workshops, and special events.
- Align programming with member interests to create unique and valuable experiences.
Member Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support.
- Proactively address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere by creating personalized interactions and connections.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide operational support when on-site.
- Work closely with club management to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall member experience.
- Maintain accurate membership records and track engagement trends to inform future programming.
Other Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry trends and member preferences to continuously improve offerings.
- Support various club initiatives as needed to enhance the overall experience for members.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
