Title : Experience Architect (Research and Analytics)
Type : Contract – 6 Months
Location : Juno Beach (5 days onsite)
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute comprehensive research plans.
- Employ Human Centered Design Research Methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation :
- Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Utilize statistical tools and software for data analysis, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of findings.
- Synthesis and Deliverables :
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in user research and data analysis.
- Continuously improve research processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in user research and data analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar.
- Strong understanding of various research methodologies and their application.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the energy or clean technology sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma.
- Certification in UX Research or Data Analysis.
