Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).Position Overview : The Head of Marketing and Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across B2B and B2C markets. You will be part of the Leadership Team in an exciting company in a high growth industry. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic planning as well as the willingness to be involved in hands-on execution. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in both marketing and sales within the technology sector.Duties & Responsibilities :
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies (branding, positioning, GTM plans) to include both paid and organic methodsDrive lead and demand generation strategies and activitiesOversee all digital marketing initiatives and budgetsDesign and run integrated plans with sales to drive pipeline growthDevelop and implement strategic sales plansLead and manage sales teamCreate and optimize sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and increase pipeline effectiveness and close ratesRequired Experience & Skills :
