Role: IT Operations Project Leader
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 1 year contract

Experience/Requirements:
As an IT project leader, you will manage multiple projects that require domain knowledge within shop floor operations and supply chain management solutioning. As part of the Digital Technology team, you will define, deploy, and maintain the unique shop floor technology solutions that productionize the prototyping, manufacture, assembly, and testing of business products. You will be responsible for partnering with program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and security functional partners to execute efforts to enable shop floor capabilities. To execute these efforts, you will engage the greater information technology teams including architecture, deployment, and operations. Key areas of focus will be standardizing digital products and processes to enable scalable growth in the use of the technologies. The role will also sustain digital software and hardware products once delivered or that exist currently.
To be considered for this role, have an associate degree, or an equivalent competency level, be a US citizen, and must possess an US government clearance or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you must hold a current CompTIA Security certification or equivalent or be willing to obtain one
Ideal candidates will have a competency level equivalent to an associate degree plus a minimum of four (4) years' work experience. Candidates should be familiar with installation, architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of various components of multi-tier applications in an enterprise environment. Excellent candidates will have supported production manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications:
An associate degree, or an equivalent competency level
4 years of experience with Windows/Windows Server
Current CompTIA Security Certification
Active S/SSBI clearance or be willing to obtain one
Experience with using Project Management Tools
Experience with ServiceNow or other similar incident and problem management tools
Strong documentation skills and creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong relationship skills
Able to operate independently
Great attention to detail
Good interpersonal and clear communication
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
4 years of experience Linux
4 years of network experience
