Job Title : Sr. Business Process Analyst

Location : Mountainview, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $65 / hr - $81 / hr

Must be eligible for W2 employment / Sponsorship not provided)

Job Summary :

The Business Process Architect role focuses on analyzing, reimagining, and optimizing business processes through the integration of Gen AI tools. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, build future-state process visions, and develop ROI models and business cases for transformational change. Success in this position requires a mix of analytical acumen, innovative thinking, and strong leadership to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and drive the adoption of disruptive technologies.

1. Business Process Analysis and Improvement :

  • Proven experience in analyzing, mapping, and re-engineering processes.
  • Expertise in methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using Gen AI tools.

2. Gen AI Expertise and Technology Integration :

  • Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and explore Gen AI tools hands-on.
  • Developing ROI models and crafting compelling business cases for AI-driven initiatives.

  • Exceptional ability to break down complex processes and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.

  • Experience : 10 years in business process analysis, improvement, or re-engineering, with a proven record of leading successful process optimization initiatives.

  • Generalist mindset with a focus on tackling broad, cross-functional business challenges.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
