Job Title: Workday Implementation Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Remote with 1 week per month of travel to Tampa, FL)
Job Type: Contract (16-24 months with potential for extension)

Overview
The Workday Analyst Supports selection, installation, configuration, implementation and ongoing utilization of budget/ forecasting/productivity/statistical grant reporting and other financial systems (ERP) and ancillary databases.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Partnership Resources, IT teams, and other groups on matters pertaining to HR systems
- Acts as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system
- Supports HR technology efforts involving Workday HCMS
- Assists the Payroll Manager in supporting the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems
- Develops and runs more complex queries and reports
- Conducts ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practices
- Performs testing for software upgrades and other pay practice changes
- Ensures the system is set up to support compliance with company policy, contract requirements, and federal and state payroll regulations
Required Experience and Skills
- 7 years of experience in ERP/Workday implementation, configuration and support
- Strong experience with configuration and support of Workday Grants module
- Full lifecycle Workday implementation experience
- Experience in configuration and testing of Workday Grants, FIN, Procurement, Payroll, HR modules
- Strong experience with gathering requirements / technical writing and documentation
- Due to the high level of interaction with management and administrative staff and the nature of the position, the incumbent should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Person must be detail-oriented, analytical and able to react quickly to change. Person must have experience with financial data and systems management. Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to think independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities. Quantitative, analytic and problem solving skills to evaluate all aspects of a problem or opportunity to make or facilitate appropriate and timely decisions.
