Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet with clients by phone, email, and or text to discuss their loan goals
- Assess client's financial situation and determine the most suitable loan options
- Provide guidance and advice on loan products and terms
- Collect and analyze client's financial information to determine loan eligibility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications
Qualifications
- Bilingual highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in sales or financial sales is highly desirable
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in computer systems such as google, excel and word
