This job posting is for a Buyer/Planner position located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania for a 4 month duration with a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule. The pay rate ranges from $22–$25 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Place and expedite purchase orders (POs) while maintaining documentation.
- Review ERP system recommendations for purchasing and scheduling adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track late deliveries and manage returns on defective materials.
- Assist with new part setups, location changes, and data maintenance.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically while focusing on details.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MRP systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
