- Duration: 12 Months Contract extendable
- Pay: $22/hr on W2 without benefits
- Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM,
Hours:
Work shift 7:30AM - 4:00PM, M-F with rotational weekend work and holidays required (approximately every 6th weekend, 7:30AM - 4:00PM).
Bonus Structure:
$500 paid after 6 months, $1,000 paid after 12 months (repeats every year worker stays onsite)

This position will primarily assist with all areas of the Planting Team, including seeding & plantlet transplanting. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Filling flats and pots with substrate
- Planting seeds into flats and pots
- Transplanting plants into flats and pots
- Moving carts of plants in and out of greenhouses
- Using a pallet jack to move pallets of substrate
- Printing tags at the tag printing station
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
