- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospecting activity in CRM.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Hit and exceed KPIs for lead generation and prospect engagement.
- 1 years of experience in a sales development or business development role (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
