POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to drive the growth of our business. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams and will be responsible for lead generation activities.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify inbound leads efficiently and schedule high-quality appointments to maximize conversion opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferred to be in a MSP or tech environment.
- Education: Relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Must have Sandler, Grant Cardone, or similar sales training experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

- IT Managed Services Sales: 5 years (Required)
