Gray Residential is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in the multifamily real estate industry. Under the direction of the Director of Property Management, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage residents, and drive qualified leads. The role will also provide strategic marketing support to Regional Property Managers and on-site teams across all communities.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in content creation, social media management, and performance tracking, with the knowledge of how to connect with residents and prospects across our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. This includes, but is not limited to, blog posts, newsletters, video content, graphics, and email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Build and foster a strong online community through curated posts that encourage interaction and social proof, influencing both current residents and prospective leads.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement and optimize social media and digital marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads. Use social proof (testimonials, reviews, user-generated content) to strengthen brand trust and increase conversions.
Resident Event Blueprints: Create and standardize event blueprints and toolkits that can be customized and implemented across all properties. These events should aim to improve resident retention, community engagement, and overall resident satisfaction.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various marketing sources (social media, digital ads, email campaigns, etc.) and provide actionable insights to adjust strategies for maximum impact. Report on KPIs such as lead conversion, resident engagement, and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with On-Site Teams: Work closely with Regional Property Managers and on-site teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with on-the-ground efforts. Provide training and support to teams on best practices for local marketing and event execution.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, online presence, and resident interactions maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms and properties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the multifamily or real estate industry.
- Strong content creation skills (writing, video production, graphic design experience a plus).
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
