Sales Administrative Assistant - Charter Department

Position Overview : Gray Line Tennessee is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Administrative Assistant for our Charter Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing client interactions, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will be the front-end of our customer service, taking feedback, and focusing on employee engagement to enhance overall satisfaction and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, processing bookings, and providing information about our charter services.
  • Feedback Management : Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support : Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
  • Employee Engagement : Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives and assisting in the coordination of team activities.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and sales activities are documented.
  • Reporting : Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Event Coordination : Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings, events, and promotional activities.
  • Communication : Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the travel or transportation industry.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
