About the Position:
The Marketing / Proposal Administrator will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts, analyzing RFQ requirements, and managing marketing data in CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development and proposal efforts.
- Analyze RFQ requirements and identify necessary resources.
- Manage marketing data in CRM system and digital assets in OpenAsset.
- Collaborate with project teams to produce industry award submissions.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant discipline required.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination and marketing support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
