This role ensures smooth execution of data-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, route optimization, ridership insights, and service performance tracking. The candidate will collaborate with customer stakeholders to prioritize features that improve passenger experience and streamline transit operations.
Functional & Business Background : - Experience in public transportation, mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), or urban transit analytics.- Understanding of fare collection systems, ridership data analysis, and service performance KPIs.- Ability to define and track operational and customer engagement metrics that drive business value.
