Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Director at Grayling Associates in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Recruiting Director will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting process, conducting research, and managing accounting processes in the financial services industry. Working with our team, clients and candidates to fill roles in the financial services arena, using our sales process and your expertise in communication and hard work ethic will make you successful!
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Cold Calling skills are a must
- Linked In, Indeed knowledge
- Knowledge of Financial Services industry- a bonus!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
