What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Litigation position at GrayRobinson, P.A.?
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 16 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced, Litigation Paralegal with litigation expertise (maritime experience preferred but not required). This position is based in our West Palm Beach office. The position prefers federal court litigation practice experience, keen attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational, communication, and technology skills.
Routine duties include assisting in drafting/preparing discovery responses, communicating with fact and expert witnesses, drafting pleadings, preparing hearing and trial notebooks, plus other day-to-day case management duties. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Personal injury and medical malpractice experience are a plus.
