Job Summary:
We are seeking a case manager who is compassionate and can assist clients in comprehending the requirements and status of their legal cases. This position involves providing support to both new and existing Social Security clients regarding their legal disability claims via telephone and email communication. The Case Manager must cultivate client loyalty and trust by delivering high-quality technical services within a high-volume environment. This client-centered role necessitates effective communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
Location: Remote- ND, SD, MS, KY, TN, TX, & WV.
Pay: $18- $25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with department heads and teams to identify potential areas for enhancement and promote the implementation of best practices in case management
- Ensure adherence to SSA regulations, data privacy legislation, and internal policies to maintain the integrity and legality of the case processing system
- Meet key performance indicators for case handling efficiency, success rates, and team productivity
- Respond to all client emails and voicemails within 24 hours. Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim
- Data acracy and attention to detail to obtain medical evidence to support claims
- Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim
- Formulate case strategies to identify paths for success and inform the client about requirements for achieving case success.
- Educate and inform clients as they navigate the complexity of the Social Security Disability process

- Adhere to quality assurance measures to review cases for completeness and accuracy, minimizing the risk of delays or denial
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with two (2) to five (5) years of experience with a Social Security disability law firm or advocacy
- adherence to Social Security Administration (SSA) requirements
- Willingness to train new hires in SSD Case Management
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a patient demeanor
- Willingness and ability to work with remote staff, provide extensive training, and contribute to building a high-performing team
- Experience with case management software, CRM tools, and workflow optimization technologies
