WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analysts to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduating senior (May 2025) or a recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the finance industry with a commercial real estate focus. We are a power team seeking A-players who strive for excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Real Estate Investment Analyst will play an integral role in all processes of the life cycle of the assets, including underwriting, acquisition, repositioning and sale. Analysts will be supported with hands-on training, working closely with senior investment professionals with the opportunity to quickly participate in decisions, and will have the ability to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing team. The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data research, collection, entry and maintenance
- Property underwriting, deal feasibility research, market condition research
- Financial modeling and analysis, stress testing property performance through the scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Asset management and site visits
- Creating and managing investment memorandums and loan application packages
- Work on additional new business initiatives across segments as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business, Marketing, Commercial Real Estate, or a related field. Postgraduate education is a plus.
- Strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Motivated self-starter with an ability to stay organized and multi-task.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and real estate valuation principles is a plus.
