We are seeking a Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of our facilities, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and other related tasks. The Lead Maintenance will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that all necessary equipment is in working order. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of all building systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all building systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the building systems.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when performing maintenance tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
