JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Spa Front Desk Associate is a key individual in achieving the goals and quality standards of the Spa. As such, the Associate will need proficient skills in communication, sales, client relations and computers.
As a team player you will assist in reaching monthly sales goals and maintaining procedural compliance. Flexibility is a must with scheduling as well as assisting other departments to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Time management and the ability to multi-task are necessary as projects will be assigned and you will need to ensure all daily duties are carried out.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform all duties related to client reservations, check-in & out clients, client’s requests such as lunch or cocktails following shift check lists, answering telephones, guest concierge needs, security of property, etc.
- Follow assigned shift procedures and complete them in a timely manner to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality are achieved.
- Address all customer issues immediately using TCMF LATE method.
- Assist other departments as needed such as laundry, stocking towels and products etc.
- Be proactive in selling while meeting the client’s needs. Up-sell products and services at every opportunity.
- In depth knowledge of the Spa’s services and products as well the layout of rooms and amenities..
- Adhere to all Spa / Inn safety procedures and policies.
- Accuracy on all reservations is a must and should be verified.
- Phone etiquette should be professional, courteous and personable.
- Adhere to policies regarding keys, cash and guest information to guarantee security.
- Guest privacy is of the highest importance.
