The Trucking Division is looking for a Claims Operations Associate to join the Operations team in our Cincinnati, OH office.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information.
- Prepares and maintains records.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).
Scope of Job/Qualifications: Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies. Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.
