About Us:
Great Atlantic Management is a locally owned and operated property management company that currently manages 22 self-storage facilities throughout the area. While we have been in business since 1977, our portfolio of facilities continues to grow, so we are in need of an Operations Manager to help manage our facilities.

What You'd Do:
On a day-to-day basis, your essential duties would include:
- Order, receive, and deliver needed supplies and equipment for properties – mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.
- Perform periodic site inspections, follow up with pending action items, and conduct rental audits.
- Enter rate increases and adjustments as requested.
- Schedule and process all spaces for auction from start to finish, including accurately adding all eligible auction units to the online auction website prior to sale date.
- Process inbound mail and payments.
- Add tasks to the maintenance app for daily, weekly, and monthly duties to be completed by Property Caretakers and the maintenance crew.
- Handle escalated customer issues and follow-up items flagged by the call center or website.
- Help suggest and roll out new software/policy & procedures for all brands as needed.
- Physically assist with facilities when Property Caretakers are not available – this includes cleaning the facility and making units rent ready.
- Any other reasonable duty assigned to keep Operations running smoothly.
