Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing lab curricula that align with program goals.
- Teaching lab courses and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborating with the program director and clinical education director to ensure seamless student experiences.
- Traveling to assigned clinical locations and working flexible hours when necessary.
- Active credentialling through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Current State Licensure through the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners.
- Minimum two years clinical experience in the professional discipline.
- Minimum two years experience supervising, instructing, and evaluating respiratory therapy students.
- Ability to understand core curriculum of the AAS respiratory therapy program.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
